Shipping Method: Express Shipping
Shipping Time: 3-16 business days
The shipping time is estimated, starting from the shipping date rather than the order date, and may take longer than expected due to address, customs procedures, or other reasons.

1. We ship worldwide. Simply make your purchase and enjoy our great service; we'll ship directly to your door.
2. Our processing time is 2-7 business days after your payment has been processed, and a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items and the destination. We charge very low shipping fees to save money for our customers even more.
3. We offer shipping insurance to protect your package from any lost or damaged goods. We will promptly assist in resolving any reported issues.
4. Standard flat-rate shipping takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries worldwide. However, due to regional variations beyond our control, we urge our customers to be patient.
- For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
- For customers in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
- For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
- For customers in other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
5. For standard flat-rate shipping, it typically takes 6-10 business days to most destinations worldwide. Tracking numbers are usually trackable on the respective courier's website within 1 to 2 days after we ship.
Sometimes there might be a slight delay before the package becomes traceable when logged in by the corresponding shipping company. This is beyond our control, so we ask our customers for their patience.
6. For expedited shipping, we use DHL, FedEx, or other express shipping depending on your location, and shipping time is 3-7 business days.

1. Standard flat-rate shipping and Hong Kong Post's time are affected due to longer customs clearance times.
2. Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (May 1st each year), Chinese National Day (October 1st each year). Please note that during this period in the year, the services of all our suppliers and logistics operators will be affected. There are often delays of 3-4 days, sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays during this period and kindly ask our customers for their patience.
